- GENERAL TERMS/INFORMATION -A Google form will be sent to you when you're reserved for a commission. The form will ask for basic information about what type of commission you want and for your informationI do not allow my art to be used for NFTs (Non Fungible Tokens) and/or crypto currency in general. Do not approach me with these ideas in mind. I will declineI do not allow my art to be used for AI (Artificial Intelligence). Do not approach me with these ideas in mind. I will declinePlease provide a clear and neat reference(s). They need to be illustrated, regardless of the skill set. (scribbly is ok, just do your best!). Regardless of skill, I will still be asking some questions to make sure that you know that I understand what is being presented to me.Art is made on a 17x22 canvas. This is just a larger version of a 8.5x11 canvas (US letter paper size). Both digital and physical versions (if you ordered one) of your commission will be in this size (17x22).I only provide "borderless" printsYour commission, when started, can take up to 4 weeks to 1 month to complete, depending on: Personal issues, complexity of art, family issues and/or health issues. You will be updated on these matters. In some cases, it can take more than 1 month to complete. Again, you will be contacted ASAP.I do not work with fixed dates. When I start on your commission, depends where you are on the waitlist. If you need a commission by a certain date, I only ask that you contact me early. Though, depending on commissions that I am working on, I can't guarantee that your commisson will be done in time.If there is any rude behaviour that happens during the commission process and/or rule breaking, the commission will be cancelled.- PAYMENT -I accept payment through Paypal.I accept payment through installmentsPlease keep in mind that Paypal has additional feesFor the case of partial payment, once I make it to the line art stage of the piece, I will send an invoice with the partial payment. After that is paid for, I will continue with the commission. I will be sending 'work in progress' images overtime. I will then send a preview image of the full commission, with a watermark, for approval. If approved, the rest of the payment will be asked for and I will send the full digital versions, through email and/or work on printing, packing and shipping your print.If I'm working in the lineart stage and you don't want your commission anymore, depending on how far I am in the line art, I keep the first partial payment to pay for the work I already did.- PROCESS -Again, I ask that the references should as clear as possible.If there are any small painting and/or line mistakes, I can fix those.If you ask for a complete redraw of the character in a different pose, different outfit or anything, that will have to make me do everything by scratch and I will have to declineAs of writing this, I only accept 1 character per portrait piece, Illustrative piece and Chibi piece. For these commisson options, it's only 1 piece per client. For "1 Day Drawing" commissions, you get 2 pieces and it's an option to have 2 charactersduring the beginning conversation portion of the commission, please be patient. I want to make sure that your commission is exactly what you ask for. I kindly ask for you to be as detailed as possible on what you want. Communication can take longer than expected if the info is not clear, which can delay when I start the art process.- SKETCH COMMISSIONS -For the case of sketch commissons, a google form is not required. At most, sketch commissons take a week to complete (for 1 character)For the quality of sketch commissions, it will not be at the quality of higher priced commissons. Do not expect polished workA print option is still an option and a fee is still expectedFor process, I will be sending one wip image. After that is approved, payment is expected and I will be working on your commisson until it's done. I will not send a partial payment option for sketches. Full payment will be asked for2 characters can be requested per client. Shipping fee will not change.- 1 DAY DRAWINGS COMMISSIONS-For the case of these commissions, these take 1 day to make. These should not make more than a day, but i'll let you know asapPrints are small. The size of the prints for "1 Day Drawing" commissions are 8.5 x 5.5 in.No need for a form. Payment is fine either before or after the commission is done- SHIPPING ART PRINTS -Please be aware of the shipping fees in your country.

Commisson price + Paypal fees + print fee + Duties and taxes/feesThis might not apply to all clientsI do my best to keep the print protected and flat as possible.- COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY -I hold every right to the artDo not reupload the full original piece to social media, websites etc. where other people can download/save. I would upload a low resolution + watermarked + signed version on my social media that you can share via retweeting/reblogging.I'm allowed to use the artwork to:
promote myself
To post/display wherever I wantThe commissioner is allowed to:
Use the art for personal use
Print for PERSONAL USE and NOT for distribution
Use the art to also promote themselves, with proper credit of the artist.To elaborate on using the art to promote or use for personal use, if you decide to use the art to be on a website, so it can be a backdrop or just a visual, again, it can't be available/formated for people to take.Copyright InfringementReproducing the art for commercial use
